4. The Little Old Lady Who Was Not Afraid of Anything

This is another mildly spooky story that is a lot of fun for kids. This one is a good one for reenactment also. Kids can imitate the sound of shoes going “clomp, clomp” or a jack-o-lantern shouting “BOO!” They especially love that part.

5. Happy Thanksgiving, Biscuit!

Who doesn’t love Biscuit? I remember adoring the Biscuit books when I was growing up. This is a sweet story all about giving and being thankful. We love sending positive messages to our little ones.

Fall Finds: Fun Fall Crafts For Kids

1. Build A Scarecrow Stickers

These are a great, easy activity for Thanksgiving Day, and right now they are 30% off! When all the kids are gathered around the table, keep them entertained while they wait for their Thanksgiving feast by creating silly scarecrows together. (In our experience, it entertained several of the adults plenty as well.)

2. Paint Foam Pumpkins

Your Kids will have a blast decorating these foam pumpkins! Then you can keep them for years to come and decorate your home for Fall with your kids’ artwork. I love being able to reflect on how little my kid’s were when they made something like this.

3. Fall Leaf Sun-Catchers

Make some Fall Leaf Sun-catchers! This is another one you can easily keep once the season is over and bring out for some nostalgic Fall decor as your children grow up. There are 24 of these so if you’re hosting Thanksgiving, these make another great activity for both children and adults to enjoy.

4. Maple Leaf Wind Chimes

These are so cute and simple! They come in this maple leaf style as well as fall tree, halloween tree, spider, monster, eyeball, and pumpkin. My kids are obsessed with wind-chimes. Our oldest named our wind chimes “Doo Da” when she was a year old. To this day, wind chimes are “Doo Da’s” in our house. Now, we can make our own “Doo Da.” I’m sold!

5. Crafty Halloween Masks

These Halloween masks will provide SO much entertainment to your littles. Not only will they spend time making these, but then they will want to wear them and pretend to be their spooky creations. An easy morning filled up with spooky, seasonal fun!
